        Limitations of\u00a0<\/span>Danory<\/span>\u00a0Mobile Support<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>\n

        With our experience we have run into a few restrictions for you to take into consideration when looking for<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0mobile support. First off,\u00a0<\/span>iPhones<\/span>\u00a0are view-only<\/span>\u00a0by security<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>design<\/span>. This means that while we are able to assist in fixing the problem, you will still need to stick around to operate the phone<\/span>\u00a0yourself<\/span>. The second limit is that this is on-demand support. What that entails\u00a0<\/span>is<\/span>\u00a0that we can only gain access when you call in with your rotating 9-digit code.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Thirdly, it does require the install of the Splashtop SOS app. This must be completed before we can provide our assistance. Finally,\u00a0<\/span>if you have a BYOD (bring-your-own-device) policy<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>we limit our<\/span>\u00a0fixes<\/span>\u00a0to\u00a0<\/span>business system<\/span>s but may require\u00a0<\/span>your access to Apple IDs or Google acc<\/span>ounts.<\/span>Make sure to review these limitations and understand the implications that apply to your business.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
